Description
Model 570 is a compact, tabletop or shelf mount, single-port Token Ring probe. Based on an i960 RISC processor with special performance-enhancing Token Ring software, the 570 includes 16 MB of memory to support more complex RMON2 data collection through the addition of the RMON2 (ECAM) SmartAgent.
The Transcend Enterprise Monitor 570 features an RMON SmartAgent that complies with IETF RFCs 1757 and 1513, supplying 100% of RMON data and implementing all ten RMON groups for Token Ring.
